Where did the idea come from?

Our founder has an extensive background in HCM, Recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems, including technical, functional, and project management expertise. After many years of learning the ins and outs of the recruitment process, including the pros and cons of the available tools, the iResume concept was born. The need for candidates to have an easy way to create, edit, and manage their online resume and profile that integrates to all career sites providing 100% accurate data was essential and did not exist. So, here it is in all its glory! The iResume solution. Now that's a good idea, huh!?
