| A: We have two great options for your as a jobseeker. You can sign up for a completely FREE account. This provides you with the ability create 2 online iResume and host 1 of them at any one time. You may also upgrade your account to advanced level and will then have the ability to create 10 different iResumes at any one time and host them all at the same time. |
| Q: How long will my iResume stay active online? |
| A: Your iResume will be active as long as your account is active with us and you've made it publicly available. You can remove your iResume at any time. |
| Q: Can I make my iResume private or hidden from view online? |
| A: Yes, you can actually make both your iResume and/or your professional profile hidden at any time by just deselecting the Active/Passive or Show Profile checkboxes within the My iResume page. Even if your iResume is completely hidden from public view you'll still have complete access to porting and printing capabilities. |
| Q: How do I search for Jobs? |
| A: You can search for job easily from iResume by entering search criteria in the Jobs tab a and clicking submit. We'll show you both those jobs that employers have posted with us directly, and also those jobs posted by indeed.com. |
| Q: What do the plugins do for me? |
| A: The Internet Explorer and Firefox iResume plugins are provided to you for free to help you use your iResume anywhere online. When you're searching for a job online, and you reach a job application page we will prepopulate from your iResume as much as we can at each page of the application so you don't have to and so that your data stays consistent as your submit. Just click the iResume Autofill button in the toolbar and your data will populate where possible. Also, the history of the transaction and the site you're on when you use the plugin will be stored back to your iResume history. |
| Q: Can I change my iResume look and feel? |
| A: At any time you can select a new template by using the design tab when you're logged on. |
